CET Payroll Services
Sandra founded CET Payroll Services in 1986, processing payrolls on her own from a spare room in her home in Bedfordshire. As the business grew, solely from word of mouth referrals and clients 'taking CET with them', Sandra started to build her team and eventually expanded to a purpose built office space in Bromham.
Over the years CET Payroll has expanded it's scope to support it's Clients with the ever changing requirements from HMRC, including the introduction of RTI Submissions, Auto Enrolment Pension Regulations, GDPR restrictions, and most recently Covid19 Furlough Claims.
We now have more than 30 years of experience in providing a flexible, professional managed payroll service which is secure and reliable to over 50 businesses in the UK, and look forward to many more years of growth and change.
In line with GDPR regulations we use a secure Portal to hold all company payroll reports and to support secure messaging, with attachments, for payroll change information. The Portal also supports employee access to payslips, P60’s and any P45. The Portal is accessible from any modern browser on a PC, Mac, Tablet or Smart Phone. CET Payroll is also registered as a Data Processor with the Information Commissioner.

Our Team
Sandra Titterington, CEO
Sandra is CEO and founder of CET Payroll Services. Her background is in HR and she previously worked for an IT Company in London where she was managed the HR function and ran the payroll. She was dismayed by the service provided by payroll bureau and felt she could do a better job – which was when CET Payroll Services was born! Sandra is tremendously proud of what she and her team have achieved over the years and strives to always provide a service second to none!
Charlotte Gumbley, COO
Charlotte has a degree in Business Managment and joined the business in 2021. Previously she has worked for Tesco and Whitbread PLC in a variety of Project Delivery roles within Digital functions. Charlotte has recently completed a Payroll Training Course and earned a CPD certification.
Karen Drewrey, Payroll Manager
Karen joined us in 2002, initially as payroll executive, but quickly became an integral part of our team! She took over as Payroll Manager in 2017 and looks after the day to day running of the business. Karen has a background in Accounts and previously worked at the Abbey National Building Society.
Sam Richardson , Payroll Executive
Sam initially joined us in 2005, as a part time trainee in all things payroll related! She left to take up a full time role in another payroll bureau before returning ‘home’ to us in 2016, bringing a wealth of payroll knowledge with her.
Alison Goss , Payroll Executive
Alison joined us in 2017 having previously worked in a school running their payroll. Alison currently works for CET part time whilst simultaneously managing the finances and accounts for her family's Farm.
Stephen Titterington, Company Secretary
Stephen has a degree in Computer Science and had a successful career as an IT Programme Director with experience spanning over forty years, including working on secure programmes for Government and the MoD, alongside many clients in the Banking, Financial and other sectors.
Stephen provides Technical advice when appropriate alongside performing the formal Company Secretary role.
