We realise that in payroll not everything arrives on input day, so we are flexible, approachable and reliable and ensure that you get the opportunity to see your payroll, make amendments and approve it, before you authorise the payment.
We will do as much or little as you want us to – we will talk to the CSA or court order organisations, we will advise you on maternity/paternity rules and regulations, in effect we will become your payroll department but offsite.
We are always at the end of the telephone to advise on all aspects of payroll. We would much prefer you to ask our advice on payroll related issues than for you to spend time and effort working on a problem that isn’t in your area of expertise.
We provide a full reconciliation of your payroll on a stand-alone system, so you can be assured that your permanent and temporary elements are all balanced before we send them back to you. This reduces your checking time to a minimum and allows you to spend your time doing the job you were employed to do!
We have many years of experience in employment regulations, and we are always happy to advise on legislation such as minimum wage, redundancy, maternity, sickness, absence etc. We offer this service as part of our payroll package at no additional cost but we stress that this is only in an advisory role.
